How do I create my account?

Use your email to sign up. Verify your account, then log in to the Members Dashboard.

Where do I find the Members Dashboard?

After login, you’ll land on the dashboard. From there, access Billing, Profile, NurseXus, and Downloads.

What’s included with membership?

NurseXus community access, members-only downloads (guides/templates), NursaChart, advocacy updates, and more.

How do I join NurseXus?

Go to Members Dashboard → NurseXus for your invite link to the private space.

Where are downloads/templates?

What plans are available?

Quarterly ($39) and Annual ($120). Annual saves $36/year.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You’ll keep access through the period you’ve paid for.

How do I switch plans?

Go to Members Dashboard → Billing. Switch at renewal or request an earlier switch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe. We accept widely used credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, and digital wallets for online payments. We also offer ACH bank debits, bank transfers, and other locally relevant payment methods where available.

Do you offer group pricing?

Yes—contact support for team pricing and onboarding.
